Use GDPRchat in other apps

Apps with an “OpenAI-compatible” setting can run their AI on GDPRchat.

Create an API key

Text only: switch off image creation, speech-to-text and read-aloud in the app.

Nextcloud

  1. Apps: install OpenAI and LocalAI integration and Nextcloud Assistant.
  2. Administration settings › Artificial intelligence › OpenAI and LocalAI integration.
  3. Service URL https://gdprchat.eu/api/v1, your API key, text model gpt-4o, and turn on Use chat endpoint.
  4. Set background jobs to Cron so answers arrive in seconds.

Open WebUI

  1. Admin Panel › Settings › Connections.
  2. Under OpenAI API, press the gear on the existing entry, or + to add one.
  3. URL https://gdprchat.eu/api/v1, Auth Bearer, paste the key. Save, then Save on the page.
  4. Start a new chat and pick gpt-4o in the model menu.

Mattermost

  1. System Console › Plugins › Agents. Make sure it is enabled.
  2. Add an AI Service: Service type OpenAI Compatible, API URL https://gdprchat.eu/api/v1, your API key, Default model gpt-4o.
  3. Save, then Agents › Create agent, name it, and send it a direct message.

WordPress (AI Engine)

  1. Meow Apps › AI Engine › Settings › AI › Environments for AI.
  2. Type Custom (OpenAI-compatible), paste the key, Endpoint https://gdprchat.eu/api/v1.
  3. Open Environment / Models and press Refresh Models.
  4. Under Default Environments, choose the new environment and model gpt-4o. Do the same under Chatbots › AI Model.
  5. Put [mwai_chatbot] on a page.

n8n

  1. Credentials › Add credential › OpenAI.
  2. API Key: your key. Base URL: https://gdprchat.eu/api/v1. Save; n8n checks the connection.
  3. In an OpenAI Chat Model node, pick this credential and set the model by ID: gpt-4o.

Obsidian (Copilot)

  1. Copilot settings › BYOK › Add a provider › Add a custom provider.
  2. Base URL https://gdprchat.eu/api/v1, your API key, model ID gpt-4o.
  3. Leave Enable CORS off, so answers stream.
