Prices are before VAT. Amounts in a currency other than the euro are converted from the euro price at the European Central Bank's daily rate, then rounded to a whole unit, so the figure you see is the figure you are charged. Prompts-per-day are approximate per user if usage is evenly distributed. Credits are shared across everyone in your Workplace. Automatic volume discount at 10/25/50/100 seats (10%/15%/20%/25% off).

What happens when credits run out
Credits are what an answer costs. A short question uses a few; long conversations, images, web searches and bigger jobs use more — and every answer shows how many it used. Your daily credits refresh at midnight and are spent first, so everything else you have lasts longer.
The Workplace also shares a peak credit pool that refills on your renewal date and kicks in once the daily allowance is spent. If both run out, you can buy one-off credit packs (€5–€100, they never expire) or enable auto-refill.
