The service
GDPRchat Community is a public discussion platform. Reading is open to everyone; participating requires a GDPRchat account, which requires you to be at least 16 years old — the same age floor applies here. Communities are created and moderated by their creators; the platform operator moderates sitewide.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us the non-exclusive right to host, display, and distribute it as part of the service. You are responsible for what you post. Content may be removed by community moderators or by us; accounts may be suspended for abuse.
If you delete your account
Deleting your GDPRchat account permanently de-identifies you here: your public name is released from your contributions and your account ceases to exist. Posts and comments remain in de-identified form so the conversations everyone else took part in stay intact; direct messages are deleted. You can additionally delete individual posts and comments yourself at any time before deleting your account. A public name that has been in use is never given out again.
Not allowed
Illegal content, harassment, hate speech, spam, sexual content involving minors, doxxing (publishing anyone's private information — including unmasking anonymous members), malware, and attempts to manipulate voting. We honour the EU Digital Services Act: use the report button on any content; reports are reviewed and actioned, and takedowns can be contested by contacting us via the imprint.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for user content; we act on notice as the DSA requires. Danish law applies.
